Glenawing

He walked into Marcus's palace with a few of his friends and followers. Him and his associates dispatched of the guards with simple ease and he walked into the throne room in which the human king sat on his throne with two guards at the side of it, "Your rule shall end today human King, the Sun shall rise with me on the throne." he pulled his blade out and pointed it at Marcus and with his left hand motioned his friends to move back.

"you think you can just walk in her tokill me?" Lindan asked with a laugh. "Keya?"
The red haired half elven rider stepped forwards. "even if you were to kill my father the throne falls to me." this was not someone freindly towards the elves.
"I'll fight you, not my father." her hand drew her golden sword.

Glenawing

He raised an eyebrow, "Sheath your sword before you regret your decisions." he paused and studied her, "The throne wouldn't fall to you, it would fall to the one who has struck down your father that shall be me." he looked at Linden, "You truly are a coward to need your own daughter to fight for you."

"it is my birthright to be the next leader," Keya replied.
Lindan laughed. "I would not have you fght her."
Rhothilion growled.

Glenawing

"Ah, you speak of Birthrights? Well your father wasn't a heir to the throne, not even close, he killed the last king and took the throne and it is time for the same to happen to him." he looked at the both of them fiercely, "Let's stop battling with words and let us duel with blades." he began to walk closer to this Keya, she was breathtaking and in other circumstances would have attempted to woo her. "Sheath your blade and let me duel your father."

((bit of inside books trivia Lindan IS a legal heir to his throne. Turned out that way when I dove into they story behind his corruption))

Keya sighed. "even if I was not a potential heir to my fathers throne, I am To the elven One through my mother being sister to queen lauraselee berilan."
Rhothilion growled. Then his rider stood up. "you want a fight? Fine but don't let my daughte see you kill me."

Glenawing

"Explains a lot." he said to Keya. "Ah the great king rises from his throne, ready to meet death it's self." he pointed his blade at Marcus, "Draw your blade and face me."

"explains a lot of what?" Keya asked. "I also happen to be the champion of my people."

Lindan sighed, hugging his daughter before stepping past her. There was a lot this fool did not know. His silver riders sword flashed out.

Glenawing

"Come meet your fate, it has been long adue." he said calmly while staring down Linden. He watched the blade with intent and was eager to strike his foe down with a smooth strike.

"sonmuchbis unknown by you, young elf. Things were different once but perhaps my daughter can enlighten you later."
The human king sighed, raising the silver sword.

Glenawing

He smiled and attacked with a slash towards the chest, he looked at Keya, "She shall inform me Marcus do not worry, she will be a major part of my plans.)

"who said I'll stay here?" Keya retorted.

Her father blocked the Afrikaans attacked back.

Glenawing

He weaved through Marcus's defence and pointed the blade at his throat, "Because I wish to take down Gem."

"you do not think that is what we already strive to do? You could join us instead of killing him," Keya replied.
Lindan dodged away.

"We have a long past, it isn't a great one, he deserves to die, and he will feel the sting of my blade against his sting." Glenawing slashed at Marcus's legs, "I will not share power."

"the you are worse than me," Lindan replied blocking hIs strike.

"You have no idea." he turned around and faced Keya, "Join me."

Lindan struck again, but became off balance .

Glenawing

He swiftly blocked and retaliated with a stab to his chest and drove the blade through his heart, "This shall be your final breath."

Keya yelped as her father fell, darting forwards over to him.

He moved back and sheathed his sword, he looked at his friends and motioned for Surya, he walked foward and nodded as Glenawing whispered orders to him. He looked down to Keya,"He will be given a proper funeral. I will him him that right."

"youd better," she snarled at Glenawing. Her eyes did not leave her fathers until he fell still. Getting to her feet she ran from the room. Tears just showing as she left.

Glenawing

He looked at Surya, "Have someone keep an eye on her and get this body out of my throne room." he walked over to Marcus, took his crown off and put it on. He walked over to the throne and sat down casually.

Velatha growled as she hugged her rider. Though one dragon had not died. Rhotilion lived for he
Was not lindan's dragon.

Glenawing

He stood from his throne and walked to where he had seen Keya, he saw her hugging her dragon. He approached her slowly and carefully not sure of what she would do. He said calmly, "Do you want to know what your father did to me?"
